The device is basically intended for laboratory testing of the forces acting on the model in the test area.
The device consists of three basic components:
- Air tunnel
- Examination area
- Electrical cabinet
The device works by blowing air into the air tunnel, which is connected to the test space in which the test mock-up is placed, by means of a motor driven by a fan. The test area consists of a stand under which there are force sensors on supports. The air flows through the air tunnel and thus reaches the test area where the mock-up is located, which changes its position under the influence of the air, thus changing the force acting on the mock-up. The device measures the force acting on the model and displays the results in a special application on the PC device.
